In-House Recruitment Officer

We are working with a growing and well established Southampton Company in recruiting for an In-House Recruitment Officer to join the expanding HR Team. This Company is growing year on year with exciting times ahead.

The successful In-House Recruitment Officer will be primarily looking after all the recruitment across all departments covering, office, sales, accounts and technical recruitment.

The duties will include:

• Recruitment and Talent attraction across all levels of vacancies
• Liaise with the management team in writing job descriptions
• Writing and placing advertisements
• Continue to build relationships with their Recruitment Agencies in sourcing candidates
• Arranging interviews
• Managing diaries
• Issuing Offer letters and contracts
• Dealing with HR enquiries and administration
• Adhoc HR duties

The successful In-House Recruitment Officer must have previous in house recruitment experience in a fast moving commercial environment. A CIPD qualification is not essential for this role, however on the job experience is vital.
