Mobile Refrigeration Engineer

A Refrigeration Service Engineer is needed to join an independent contractor.

This experienced Refrigeration Engineer is required to provide maintenance, service, fault finding & repairs to refrigeration systems in the commercial & food storage/preparation sectors.

Technical Experience –
The engineer should have strong knowledge/experience of regularly working on the following –

Walk in Cold/Freezer Rooms
Evaporative Cooling Systems
Blast Chillers
DX Cooling Units
Remote Condensers
Single & Multi Compressor Packs
Refrigeration & Electrical Controls
Small Water Chillers (Beneficial)

Experience on single & multi split air conditioning systems is beneficial.

Requirements –
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Ref & Ac
F-Gas = C&G 2079 or CITB J11
Product Courses
CSCS Skills Card
IPAF &/or PASMA Cards

Ideally the Refrigeration Technician should be located to cover North, North West & East London & the Home Counties areas (Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, etc).

Our client are looking for preferably more of a mid career OR senior calibre candidate, which is reflected in the salary. Candidates need to be reliable & dependable, who can be a valued team member at a company where progression is encouraged!

Salary is circa £32,400 – £37,200(possibly higher for right applicant), plus some traveling time, company van (no personal use), call outs (1 in 6), overtime, holidays, etc
