Part-Time Customer Support Centre Agent

Our client seeks a part time customer support centre agent to join their team on a contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity working with an international pharmaceutical company.

The hours are: 3 days a week 10am-3pm

The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have previous experience in a similar role.

Duties:
The customer support centre agent is responsible for providing customer telephone front line call registration and back end dispatch assistance with field job allocation.
Also responsible for general admin functions for the team.

Requirements:
*Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer reference
*Skills that enable successful engagement with customers
*Strong communications skills
*Strong IT skills in regards to software usage
