Hello it’s you I’m looking for Watch this space all you Sales Customer Adviser. The best part is NO COLD CALLING. Looking for confident people that can demonstrate an excellent telephone manner
Do you have all these skill I’m looking for. You must have the flexibility to work over the 7 days. You must have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will be providing exceptional levels of customer service. You will not be doing any cold calling at all so that’s brilliant. You will only be contacting existing or previous customers whom they already have a relationship with. You will be offering outstanding experience to all customers, handling vehicle enquiries over the telephone, email and live-chat.
To succeed in this role you will need to be out going, confident with great rapport building skills. Have the genuine passion for helping people. Have the ability to follow and adhere to process and procedures. And have the positive approach and CAN DO attitude
Salary: £26,000per yearOTE 22k. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. sales competitions 5 day rota, 40 hours per year including weekends
