Skilled Slaughter Hall Operatives

Our Clients require skilled Abattoir operatives for beef Lamb and pork, required across the UK and Ireland

Working as part of a team, you would be experienced in the moving and controlling of animals from lairage to the abattoir

Removal and skinning of the carcass, without damaging the skin, evisceration, offal and organ removal, skills on knives of and saws to split, saw and deb-one the carcass

Cleaning of the animal and the tools used on a regular basis

an ability test of competence will be required before offer of work is made

Financial support in relocation could be offered on applicants passing the skills test
