Salary: £36,000 – £60,000 per year
Due to our continued expansion BRC are keen to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record of success within temporary or permanent recruitment. We will consider individuals from any sector and any level of experience.
The Opportunity: BRC is an ambitious, forward thinking, recruitment specialist with offices in Bristol, Cardiff, Truro, Manchester and Sydney. Our unique working environment allows experienced Recruitment Consultants the freedom to manage their own time, and the autonomy to make decisions, within a positive and supportive environment.
The profile of a successful Recruitment Consultant: The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate the following: – Proven sales ability within a recruitment business – Commercial awareness – Information gathering and problem-solving skills – Internet navigation and social networking ability – Strong written and verbal communication skills
