Mortgage Adviser

Salary: £28,800 – £72,000 per year

GW Recruitment is excited to be representing a leading broker who has a fantastic opportunity for an experience Mortgage and Protection Adviser.

The ideal candidate will be CAS qualified and experienced within the industry, having a proven and demonstrated track record of completions. Compliance is a key requirement within this brokers so Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) is a paramount requisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Speaking to customers about their Finance/Mortgage needs via Telephone or Face to Face appointment.
• Representing the company’s brand and values
• Fact Finding the clients application and recommending the most suitable product for the client’s needs.
• Maintain a long-lasting relationship with the client.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An understanding of the Mortgage and Second Mortgage Market
• Commercial Awareness.
• An ethical approach
• Industry regulation adherence and Knowledge and understanding of Compliance regulations.
• Continued Personal development

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be CeMAP Qualification (Or equivalent) and ideally have at least 2 year’s experience as an adviser
• High Level of Customer Service and compliance
• Resilient, positive and friendly
• Hard working and Professional with a proven track record
• Flexible and adaptable

Salary & Benefits:

• £24,000 – £60,000 Employed or Self-Employed options
