A highly respected alternative provision school in Bungay are looking for key stage 3 teaching assistants to join their busy but rewarding environment. The school gives support to pupils between the ages of 11-16 who are having social, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties in mainstream schools.
the ideal candidate will be an experienced 1:1 LSA, enthusiastic and able to think out side of the box. The role is full time with an immediate start.
What do our client schools look for?
-A minimum level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
-Previous SEN experience, ideally in a school environment.
-Good communication skills with adults and children.
-Work with class teacher to deliver excellent teaching and learning.
-Able to provide a safe environment for all children.
