Commercial Property Negotiator to add to their busy Commercial Property Department.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales, organisational and communication skills.
Office located near South Woodford Station, covering East/ North London & Essex Areas.
Past Commercial Sales & Lettings Experience – Essential
JOB ROLE
Engaging with new & past clients from our established database.
With the support of a back-office network, book & conduct external rental appraisals & viewings.
Weekly/Monthly rental / sales targets.
Updating multi-user software database.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Driving licence & use of a car.
Clear, personable and professional telephone manner.
Exceptional time keeping and attendance.
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Motivated and Target driven.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills: OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL.
Basic Salary: £27,000pa + Car Allowance & Commission
OTE £45/£50,000 pa
