Skilled Track Operatives

Ganymede has recently won long term contracts as Primary supplier in the Wessex area which includes London and Outer London (Woking, Eastleigh and Portsmouth). Consequently, due to this continued success and sustained growth, Ganymede are looking for skilled Track Workers with a number of competencies ranging from COSS (Controller of Site Safety), ES (Engineering Supervisor), Machine/Crane Controllers (ideally with Cropper and Tandem), Team Leaders, Points Operators and Semi-Skilled Operatives. We are also looking for operatives with third rail renewal experience. All candidates will need to hold a PTS Track Induction (TR00) with DCCR.

Ganymede are looking for flexible operatives willing to work a range of shifts including weekends, days and nights (and in all weathers). Although not essential as training may be given to the successful candidates it would be beneficial if you hold the relevant rail and small plant certificates.
All PPE will be provided and if you hold a full (preferably clean) driving license, a works van and fuel card may be provided. Given the length of contract awarded, Ganymede are keen to progress their teams through a guided career path with both technical and leadership (supervisor / management) training.
