Up to £35k basic (dependent on exp) + car allowance + bonus + benefits OTE £60k+

An extremely exciting opportunity to join an established, extremely successful business whom are looking for a Divisional Manager to push the further growth of the team.

THE CLIENT:

The client are a successful international recruitment consultancy who have an excellent reputation for quality and an ethical environment. Their business is doing well and they are looking to expand their Leeds operation through new business and growth of the current team. They recruit temporary and permanent legal candidates across the region.

THE ROLE:

Taking over the management of a team of 2 recruitment consultants this is a role where you will be client facing and running a desk, however, you will also be responsible for the support, coaching, mentoring and development of the consultants.

They have a reputation for quality, therefore, a track record of long standing successful relationships is a must (both consultants and clients).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Professional Recruitment – working within recruitment is a must along with a solid, stable track record of success within the industry. You must be able to show that you are capable of achieving target through effective management of your recruitment consultants. A proven track record of identifying and winning new business – you must have lots of energy and a proactive approach.
