We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Fleet Administrator to be based at our Volkswagen Dealership in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Earnings could be up to £25,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a busy fleet sales team in the administration and co-ordination of the department.

This key role will be tasked with:

• Liaising with customers and internal departments.

• Placing orders and tracking their progress.

• Organising, prioritising and meeting tight deadlines. For this position interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential.

Whilst knowledge of a Fleet environment would be beneficial, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important to us.

The person we are looking for will have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills enabling them to successfully liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
