Our client is a family run and owned, busy and growing Accident Repair Centre in Reading.
Given constant growth in business and an increase in insurance and retail referrals the administration functions of the business have become too much for one person to cope with.
They even have panel beaters answering the phones, as they are ringing off the hook.

This role is a vital one to not only the short-term success of the business but also continued and future growth, being able to take on more work and more customers.
Your role; working Monday to Friday 08:30am -17:00pm, will be to support the front of house team with general administration functions, help the accounts department with checking invoices and completing price checks as well as assisting where necessary the workshop with admin and invoicing.

You will not have necessarily worked in a Bodyshop, or even within the Automotive Industry before, however you will have come from a previous role doing an admin function, have good literacy and numeracy skills along with an excellent telephone manner.
