Estimator

We are currently assisting a privately owned civil engineering contractor with offices in Lancashire to secure the services of a Civil Engineering Estimator to join them on a permanent basis.

Working out of dedicated offices in South Lancashire and reporting to the Commercial Director your role will be work as the Company Estimator and take responsibility for the pricing of jobs in the relevant company sectors which include groundworks, highways, structures, and drainage predominantly within the retail construction sector.

To be considered for the role it is vital that you have worked in a similar position before. The current incumbent is retiring so it is very important that you require minimal handover. Use of recognised Estimating software would be an advantage as would extensive experience with the groundworks and FRC sectors.
