– Wellbeing Healthcare are now recruiting Care and Support Workers to fill a variety of shift patterns in residential care and nursing homes, as well as other residential settings which support individuals with learning disabilities.

– We offer flexible Care and Support shifts, whether you are looking for extra work on a part time basis, or a full time income we have various shift patterns to suit.

– We are looking for Care and Support Workers that can work flexible shifts and be able to cover day or night shifts. Some Care or Support cover is requested at short notice, so flexibility is desirable.

– Our Care and Support shifts are typically early or late shifts, long days and nights, and we offer weekdays and weekend work.
The Role:
You will be expected to promote independence, choice, dignity and respect of the people in your care;
You will have the time to get to know our residents and the Homes in which they live to ensure you deliver personalised care at a high standard;
At all times promote the needs and wishes of the people you care for and support;
You will be expected to undertake such tasks which include washing, personal hygiene, dressing and helping individuals with their meals;
Ensure the physical and emotional needs of residents are met.
Our Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience in the UK within the last year
Car drivers desirable but not necessary as most clients on regular bus routes
Caring and compassionate as core values
Honest, reliable and flexible
Good communication skills
You must be professional
