Mobile Electrical Engineer

Salary: £45,600 per year

*Role – Mobile Electrical Engineer
*Location – Hampshire & West Sussex – Brighton, Worthing & Portsmouth

*What you get in return – £38,000 + Van, Fuel Card, Progression, Overtime & Training.
*Shift Pattern – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm
*Call Out – 1 in 6 call out rota

A well-established FM firm who are renowned for their staff retention and prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer across several commercial sites in the Hampshire & West Sussex area (Sites along the coast between Brighton, Worthing & Waterlooville).

There may be the occasion when you may have to cover sites in Crawley, Hastings & Southampton when other engineers are sick or on annual leave.
There is a 1 in 6 call out – £100 call out retainer.
This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Electrical Maintenance Engineer to their mobile team.
General works would include service & maintenance
This is a demanding contract in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
*Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites plant, equipment and services.
*Respond to Building Management System alarms and emergency repairs as needed.
*Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the permit to work systems.
*Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.
*Compliance with and record keeping for quality management system, ensuring compliant logbooks are in place.
*Participation in the engineer call out rota.
*Organise and assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.
*Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as required.

The ideal candidate will be electrically, ideally to a minimum of Level 3 & 18th edition.
