Mechanical Project Manager – HVAC building services

Parkinson Gray Associates have been engaged to assist our Client with the recruitment of an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC – building services).

Our Client is a well-known and owner-run building services contractor. They look after turn-key MEP projects, both electrically and mechanically. With a good balance of working directly with the end-user as well as via select main contractors, they have an envious order book of work and plans to expand their team as they move into 2022.

We are looking for a very experienced building services professional for this role. As a proven Mechanical Project Manager, you will be able to make an immediate impact within the business. We are looking for someone who can immediately take charge of projects and drive them towards profitable completion, on time, on budget, and to demanding levels of customer service. You should be familiar with aspects of mechanical contracting and, essentially, be in a position to do the job “out of the box”, so to speak.

Our Client is working on projects the length and breadth of the UK. Whilst this is an office-based role, any experienced Project Manager will understand the need to get on site. There will be some travel involved with this role.

We are looking for a proven Mechanical Project Manager for this role. You should be able to demonstrate a successful career to date, with good lengths of employment in your past and with genuine reasons for being in the market for a new role.
