Bars & Cellar Manager, Birmingham
The Bars & Cellar Manager will be working for a leading multi-service support company, working in a well-known sports ground. The Bars & Cellar Manager will be hands on, managing all liquor and soft drink stock throughout the grounds at all times.
This is a permanent position with a competitive package, paid depending on experience – up to max £28,800pa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Management of stock and rotation across multiple bars on sites.
-Cost management of stock.
-Plan and manage events and offers.
-Preparation of areas for match days and events.
-Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate experience with the following:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar environment and role.
-Management of teams up to 25 pax.
