My client is a leading Property Services business providing a broad range of facilities management services to the built environment. These services include painting and decorating, cyclical and responsive repairs, fit-out, refurb general maintenance
The Opportunity
They are looking to employ an experienced painting supervisor operating from a regional office in Plymouth. The current scheme is a community homes project that will last until the end of this financial year with a potential 12-month extension, although they are looking for somebody in a permanent capacity for other long term projects.

Ideal Candidate
You will likely be an experienced painting supervisor within the property services or construction sectors with the confidence to take on a project from start to finish and have the ability to lead or supervise a team. You will also be computer literate and be able to comfortably deal with spreadsheets, data entry and other basic computer skills.
Salary
The salary for this role is 13.50/ 14.00 ph and will include potential bonus opportunities.
