JOB SUMMARY
Provide program management for airline programs and work with third-party providers to ensure customer satisfaction per contractual requirements. Work closely with customers to provide status, manage issue resolution and ensure overall quality and on-time delivery. Works on programs of low to medium complexity.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Manages monthly interactive software and media updates per customer specifications and ensures delivery per schedule.
• Monitors program schedules and commitments and notifies appropriate personnel of possible impacts(s) or change(s). Hosts program review calls with customers. Conducts readiness reviews on builds; jointly makes scheduling decisions that effect content updates to fleet. Conducts risk assessment analysis and conducts post mortem reviews.
• Completes monthly program requirements in a timely manner per the Airline Customer through partnership with third-party suppliers.
• Ensures Entry-into-Service Checklist is completed prior to hand over.
• Develops and maintains metrics reports for senior management on assigned activities.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; proficiency in Microsoft Project/Server preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and have aptitude for interacting at all levels internally and externally.
• Strong team building and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills for managing multiple programs and issues.
• Aptitude for independently resolving issues within project team framework.
• Works independently without direct supervision.
• Uses professional concepts and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Works on problems of low to moderate complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Interacts with internal and external personnel.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 4-year degree in Business Administration/Management or Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• 1-3 years’ Program Management experience; Avionics/Electronics industry experience preferred
