Logistics / Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Associate – Egham

Temp to perm.

Hours of work 8,30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START WITHIN A WEEK, AND MUST BE A CAR DRIVER DUE TO WAREHOUSE LOCATION. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU NEED TO GIVE MORE THAN 1 WEEKS’ NOTICE.

ROLE:

Reporting on a day to day basis to Warehouse Manager, and ultimately responsible Operations Director

Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic & committed approach at all times

Able to work as part of a team. Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity / type (in accordance with PO), and also acceptable quality

Accurate labelling of stock. Placing stock in the correct, designated project areas

Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched. Loading and unloading from vehicles

Operating a forklift truck (where relevant, training / certification will be provided)

Liaising with transport companies for coordination of dispatch and delivery

Storing stock safely in accordance with H&S

Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse area

Removing hazardous products from the warehouse

Monitoring stock levels

Involvement with stock-take at financial year end and at regular intervals thereafter

Accurately updating data onto CRM

Candidates will required to undergo a CRB check
