Salary: £36,000 per year
Up to £30,000 dependent on experience + bonus + excellent benefits
Overview
You will support in the development of acquisition, development and retention strategies whilst owning the creation and delivery of communications to both new and existing customers.
This is an exciting and challenging role within a busy marketing department.
Candidate
Must have driver with own car, as you will be required to travel to other site offices
Min 3/5 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager/Account Management role
A proven track record in planning and managing full service Marcomm and PR Campaigns on and offline
Strong relationship skills
Strong commercial and analytical focus. Experience in setting/reporting ROI and KPI’s
Copywriting and proof-reading
An understanding of the Legal Services Body and Solicitors Regulation Authority regulatory principles & environment
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop (primarily for e-comms) – Desirable but not essential
Driven by results with strong analytical skills
Confident in building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels
An ambitious self-starter with a desire and commitment to learn
A creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communications skills
Enjoy working on projects as part of cross-functional teams
Work well to deadlines with excellent organisational and time management skillsRole
Work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Communications Manager and relevant legal department heads to understand the wide range of legal services we provide and their relevant target audiences to identify communication opportunities from an acquisition, development and retention perspective.
Develop and manage the delivery of the resulting cross-channel campaigns which will be defined by the above process
Work closely with the digital team to identify online opportunities and improvements
Evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and present performance back to the team.
Monitor competitor activity and conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain an audit trail for each piece of creative development to ensure communications are clear, fair and compliant with internal and external requirements.
Build strong working relationships with our third party creative agencies
