My Client
My Client is a National house builder that has been in the industry since the 1970’s. They build around 10,000 new quality homes a year in over 400 different locations Nationwide.
Requirement
My Client is currently in the need for an Assistant Site Manager to be based on Site in the Kent Region. This will be a permanent position and you will be required to travel to different sites around the Kent area.
Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate will have experience working for a regional/ National house builder as an Assistant or Site Manager. You will also have to have experience in Managing a site of over 150 units with traditional and timber frame experience.
The ideal candidate will reside in the East Sussex, Kent Area.
Salary/ Package
This role has a negotiable salary and package range of 30 – 35k per annum + Package dependant on experience and qualifications.
