My client is looking for an experienced Regional Manager with a Facilities Management background to join their team in Coleshill on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be travelling by car to commercial buildings managing works for the client. The Company
My client is one of the UK’s largest technical facilities management companies. They employ in excess of 6,000 people and service major clients across every sector. They self-deliver virtually all of their hard FM services nationally, coordinated through one of the UK’s most sophisticated customer service centres in the industry.

The main responsibilities include:
*Lead a regional team that supports the delivery across a number of local delivery depots and ensure that these are supported to manage in accordance to the Business Management Systems.
*Ensure responsible financial management of the regional operations (Circa £20m) with commercial
*focus on margin growth, invoicing, cash collection and addition works growth to maximise the value of the service delivered to the customer
*Ensure customer delight both internally and externally, by promoting the highest standards of service delivery and workmanship in accordance with standards, H&S and legal requirements
*To work closely with the Account Management team to devise a strategy to deliver continued improvement to the customers to include but not be limited to:- reducing operational cost, increasing service delivery through greater control of the supply chain and increasing self-delivery
*Assume responsibility for the compliance of Employment Law, Health & Safety legislation, relevant statutory requirements, relevant audits as specified within the business

It is desirable that the post holder has:
*Management qualification at ILM level 5 or equivalent
It is essential that the post holder has:
*Proven financial awareness capability and the ability to read and interpret Profit and Loss (P&L)
*A proven track record of delivering profitable growth
*Experience of service delivery
It is desirable that the post holder has:
*Experience of mobile service delivery
