Baker

My client is looking for a baker to work for a factory in Billingham, previous bakery skills using machinery is required.

Duties will include;

– Experience of producing baked goods by hand as well as by machinery.
– Ability to bake different products using types of different equipment.
– Experience of using kitchen equipment such as a rolling pins, industrial mixing machines and industrial ovens.
– Ensuring that the daily bakery range is made to a high standard in a timely, safe and consistent manner.
– Baking, shaping and finishing high quality baked goods.
– Making sure freshly baked food is available for customers.
– Ensuring all bakery machinery, equipment, storage and preparation areas are clean at all times.

The Salary: is between £26,000per year depending upon experience. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 5am – 3pm so own transport is essential.
