Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

This award winning and well regarded Legal 500 firm with multiple offices in the South East have seen significant growth of the past 5 years. With further expansion plans in place their now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor for their Solihull office.

This leading firm already have a strong foothold in both the local and regional market. You will be encouraged by the Head of Department to be actively involved in attending networking events to develop your own client base.

The firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join their Solihull office. They are looking for someone with high-volume work competently and efficiently.

The Role

* You will handle a varied case load of conveyancing matters

* Taking on a full caseload comprising of sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Registered and Unregistered, New Builds, Help to buy scheme, Mortgage and Remortgages, transfer of equity and Tenancy agreements

* You will handle property matters from instruction through to completion

* Supervising the work of Paralegals and Legal secretaries

The Person

* You will be an experienced Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience

* Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail is essential
