Inspector

Do you have experience in inspection or quality?

We are recruiting for our Ilfracombe based client who are currently looking for senior and basic Inspectors to join their team. This position will be on a temporary basis but a permanent contract will be offered for the right candidate subject to a successful trial period.

Basic duties will include:

* Visually inspecting components and liaising with QA department
* Using measuring equipment to dimensionally check components
* Recording inspection results and completing batch paperwork
* Preparing and packing finished products for dispatch
* General housekeeping of inspection area
* Comply with company Health and Safety Procedures

Senior duties will also include:

* Day to day running of inspection department
* Organising inspectors and task allocation
* Arranging booking out / dispatching of products and liaising with account handlers
* Assembling pallets for dispatch

You may be required to fulfil other duties within your department, to cover for holidays / sick and busy periods.

This position is for immediate start and salary will be dependent on experience and discussed at the interview. You must have recent and relevant inspection experience for this position.
