We have an opportunity to work for a hugely expanding and unique company in Leighton Buzzard for a trainee Quality Inspector.
If you have had exposure in the capacity of QI prior, that is a great advantage but not essential. This QI role is a hugely important role to ensure all of the highly valuable products produced are of the required standard.
Role of the trainee Quality Controller
– you will have proven experience of working in the engineering sector to understand the importance of high quality production
– you will be responsible for ensuring that every finished item produced is inspected and monitored for complete quality control before being transported to the clients
– you will have great attention to detail and inspection skills
– you will understand and implement great QC skills ensuring the correct measurements, size, transportation information etc
– you will be a great communicator both verbal and written to ensure all correspondence is understood thoroughly
– you will be able to use Computer systems to ensure recording of the items
– educated to GCSE level in Maths and English
– be a great listener and learner with great initiative and attention to detail
– you will be someone that has a solid and reliable career history where you have been a great team player and supportive to the company!
This may be a temp to perm opportunity or straight permanent for the right person to join this company, so a fantastic career opportunity for the right person!
Hours of Work (40 hours pw)
Initially Mon-Fri 9am – 530pm then you will be on the following shift pattern
Shift 1 for 1 month – 7.30am – 4pm
Shift 2 for following month – 11am – 730pm
Every Friday despite the shift is 10am – 6.30pm
