Telemarketing Executive

Salary: £26,000 – £36,000 per year

Enigma Clinical Solutions is financially stable and highly successful healthcare recruitment business that is looking to expand its operations.

As a Telemarketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for conducting thorough research using powerful market intelligence tools to identify prospects and then using a multi-channel sales approach. You’ll be creating targeted emails and LinkedIn messages, and telephone conducting, telephone based follow up to achieve your objective of securing an appointment and get T&C signed. This isn’t a hard sales role as you’re looking to drive a partnership opportunity which is mutually beneficial to both parties.

We do not sell products neither we require any payments before services is carried out, you would only be requesting hospitals, care homes etc to use our staff when have need Ad-hoc requirments.

THE PERSON:

• The successful candidate will have current experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales Executive or Appointment Setting
• Able to confidently produce well written Emails and LinkedIn messages
• Confident around CRM Systems, such as Salesforce (you don’t need to have used this one)
• Comfortable communicating with Director Level Contacts
• Strong communication skills, confidence and a proactive approach is essential
