Trainee Estate Agent – Lettings Negotiator – South East London

This is an exciting opportunity to get into a market leading Estate Agent as a Graduate / Trainee Lettings Negotiator.

Originally set up in 2002, this company has grown quickly and are looking to continue that growth throughout the next decade. This growth coupled with their policy of only promoting from within means there are lots of opportunities for development within this firm.
We have had a number of candidates progress from Trainee through to Manager over the years, the quickest being 9 months, although 18 months should be considered the average.

Character profile:
They are looking for motivated, driven sales people. Previous property sales experience is essential for this role, but so is a level of maturity, professionalism and a clear desire to build a long term career in the London property market. A degree or similar qualification would be beneficial for these roles but it is by no means essential for this position.

Trainee Estate Agent – Package:
Basic: £10k
OTE: £35k+ (depending on personal performance)
Company Car: Yes
Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-4pm (every other Sat)
Benefits:
There is an additional bonus of £26,000 per year for hitting your personal target rising to £600 if you hit 125%.
