Experienced Sales Trainer / Coach

We are currently recruiting for an experienced multi-lingual Sales Trainer/Coach to work for our financial client who is based in the Central London area.

This is a great role if you are fluent in additional language such as German, or Hungarian or Czech or Slovak.

Main role:
-Responsible in helping the multilingual sales team to define goals and strategies that will maximize conversion, through close observation and constant call monitoring.

-Contribute and deliver innovative coaching solutions and best in class training to the sales team to ensure sustained sales targets improvement and the needs of the business

-To continue to adapt and deliver a standard sales training program to the sales department that focuses on sales skill and delivery in a uniform manner using a ‘best in class’ program.

– Create a climate for learning with interaction that keeps the learner engaged with the training program and content, ensuring good adoption, post training.

-Reporting to: Head of Sales Operations

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Previous experience of delivering coaching or training solutions in a sales environment
• Have 5+ years of solid sales background
•Highly organised, proactive and self-motivated approach
•Excellent leadership/communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
•Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team
•Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines in a fast paced environment
•Sales and results driven but with an attention to detail

Salary is £36,000per annum.

Operational working hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
