Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 per year
SF Commercial team are working with a well-established and forward-thinking business in Kettering for a Marketing Assistant on a Permanent basis. Salary is between £30,000 – £32,400 plus benefits. Monday – Friday – 8am to 5:30pm with a lunch break, a 40-hour working week. Benefits also include Pension, free car parking and once a month you get an early finish on a Friday which is a lovely bonus.
As the Marketing Assistant you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager and so you must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
The person we seek will ideally have experience within a marketing role. You will be highly organised, enthusiastic and be able to work well on your own, as well as in a small team.
Main Responsibilities
– Day to day delivery of digital marketing
– Deliver digital strategy day to day, social and e-mail and working closely with sales and customer services teams
– Website maintenance, ensuring new content is uploaded, up to date and engaging
– Writing all product copy and content on sites
– Editing and uploading images
– Grow products video library/You Tube content
– To assist with Social media and help to grow this to include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
– Competitor analysis
– Assisting the Marketing Manager with the strategic marketing plan
The Ideal Candidate
– High level of written and spoken English
– You will have a passion for digital marketing and photos/video content
– Good people and communication skills
– Meticulous with good attention to detail
– Excellent computer and IT skills
– High level of accuracy and analytical skills
– Basic understanding of HTML and Google Analytics
– In-design, Photoshop, and Adobe
– Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping when required.
