Trainee Depositary

Our client is an award winning international professional services firm in the private equity industry. They are looking for a talented and motivated Trainee to join their successful team, on a fully assisted training basis.

The role will include:-
•Practical training and work experience within the business
•Fully funded residential training and study support with a leading training provider working toward a professional qualification
•In house training to complement work experience and professional study

With responsibilities including:-
•General administration of various structures
•Maintaining appropriate databases
•Bookkeeping and accounts preparation
•Preparation of financial statements
•Drafting of minutes
•Management reporting
•Corporate governance
•Dealing with customers and intermediaries

Candidates must have:-
•Minimum 320 UCAS points
•Graduates must have a minimum 2.1 degree
•A confident and personable personality
•A positive attitude, willingness to learn and reliability
•Strong self motivation and drive, with a high level of initiative
•Good communication skills, working well within a team
•Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
•High level of initiative.
