Associate Planner

Opportunity for an Associate Planner to take a leading role in an expanding pure planning consultancy.

The Role

A vacancy has presented itself within an expanding Central London planning consultancy to further strengthen an already thriving London team. You will have exposure to large scale residential schemes across Greater London and the South East, including strategic plans and greenfield projects. You will be developing new business and working on an existing client base. Fulfilling a managerial role in the office, you will be assisting in mentoring junior planners through their RTPI submission and supporting directors in budget management.

About you

will have full RTPI membership (or equivalent). Ideally you will have a background in consultancy, however experience within developers and local authority will be considered. You will need to be commercially minded, client facing and have a track record of successful business development. If you have clients to bring then that will set you apart against competition, but it is not essential as my client already has a clear pipeline for the year ahead.
