Maintenance Supervisor – Corporate Office, Blackfriars – Leading FM Service Provider

My client is a well established leading hard FM building maintenance service provider with a solid history of operating across Central London. Due to a recent promotion, they are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to look after a landlord/tenant contract in Blackfriars, London

As the onsite Maintenance Supervisor you will look after the day to day engineering operation as well as managing two other engineers, sub contractors and client on-site. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment, with the motivation to progress into management due planned growth within the business.

Job Specification:

* Supervising a team two other engineers and responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant throughout the building and work spaces such as: VAV’s, pumps, motors, lighting, compliance water treatment etc.

* Ensure strong communication clients

* Managing compliance log books

* Managing sub contract labour.

* Responsible for Health & Safety, risk assessment, permits etc.

* Attend client meetings and assist in monthly reports

Salary & Package:

* £51,600.00 Per Annum

* Monday to Friday | W1:7 till 4 / W2:8 till 5 /W3:10 till 7

* Overtime Rates at x1.5 & x2.0

* 25 Days Annual Leave

* Pension, Training and Clear Progression into a management role due to planned contract growth.

The Person:

* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical

* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills

* Able to write report and carry out quotes.
