Production Operatives – Immediate Starts

Salary: £26,000 per year

Insight Employment are currently seeking 20 + Production Operatives to work for a leading bakery in Central Milton Keynes.

The Role: –

This role involves working on a production line of a food manufacturing company. You will be unloading bread and packing within a fast-paced environment. You will be labelling boxes, palletising the bread, and making sure this goes to the correct location.

Requirements: –

• Previous food Production Operative experience is preferred but not essential
• Previous Warehouse Operative experience is preferred but not essential
• Must be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pack correctly at speed with attention to detail
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Must be Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Good level of personal hygiene
• Must be a team player
• Able to work a full 12-hour shift on your feet

Shift: –

4 day on, 4 days off

Hours: –

Day shift 06:00-18:00

Night shift 18:00-06:00

Rates: –

Days – £26,000 per year

Nights – £26,000 per year

Inductions are provided before you start work.
