Salary: £522 per day

Senior Radio Optimisation Engineer – 3-month Rolling Contract – Remote / Newbury – £522 per day (Outside IR35)

RAN / Site Design / Capacity Planning

• Site-by-Site RAN Baseband, Radio, Antenna, MIMO dimensioning and capacity planning
• Site Capacity prediction and seasonal forecasting for short/mid-term capacity planning activities
• Parameter Integration of Optimisation teams to the Beacon Network
• SON Rules and Policy management, Daily KPI monitoring and reporting
• Parameter/Feature Trial application management and result monitoring
• OPEX Saving, Energy Saving management and relevant parameter/ feature management
• 3G Shutdown, CAT-M, 256QAM, DSS Network, QoS features management for E/// Network
• RAN Utilisation Capacity Management, Site/Cell KPI Statistics Performance Management
• Radio Network RAN Site Design (Macro Cell, SmallCell, FemtoCell, Lampsite, IBS, DAS etc.) site architecture, feature and deployment delivery management, Site planning and optimisation activities.
