My client is currently recruiting for Care Assistants to their lovely and well established Adult Residential Care Home in Hastings.
As well as a competitive starting salary you will also benefit from a financial enhancement for working bank holidays. Free parking is available on site and the Care Home is accessible via public transport, there is a bus stop right outside the home! The Care Home is located near the lovely seaside and near a relaxing and quiet park with a cafe on site.
The Care Home benefits from the leadership of a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and a Senior Care Assistant. Also, the team is friendly, welcoming, and will guide you through your initial stages. Along with that great support, you will also have the chance to develop your professional career via training opportunities.
The Care Home has strong and meaningful relationships with the clients and their families.
Experience in this field is desirable, but not essential. Your natural warm and caring personality will go a long way in supporting the lives of the residents.
