Cafe Restaurant Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

They are currently looking to recruit an industry leading Restaurant/Cafe Manager to join their team at their new site based in Marylebone in London.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth running of all brands with a focus on excellent customer experience
• Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
• Responsible for the financial performance including hitting sales targets and managing workforce costs and supply chain costs
• Contribute to and implement agreed marketing initiatives
• Ensure full implementation of the EPOS system including analyzing key performance data therein and carrying out any necessary remedial actions

Qualifications:

• Proficient in online marketing for ghost kitchens
• Knowledgeable in multiple cuisines
• Should have experience of QSR fast casual dine-in
• Minimum experience of 3 years
