Addictions Therapist- Burton upon Trent

Our client is a leading provider of substance misuse rehabilitation for adults with drug and alcohol addictions and provides a variety of services in the Burton Upon Trent area. The service has one of the best rehabilitation conversion rates in the UK and has been cited as displaying Best Practice for Rehabilitation.
Due to service expansion they are currently seeking an Addictions Therapist to deliver one to one and group sessions to enable vulnerable service users attending the therapeutic programme to self develop in their awareness and understanding of addiction and themselves to becoming a fully functioning individual.
The main duties will be:
To deliver psychological interventions and therapeutic theoretical evidence based interventions to clinical practice.
To work on developing the service provided and work towards building upon the existing, comprehensive treatment manual, programme manual and evidence based manual
Remain flexible in hours of duty and cover for both sites when required.
The salary for the role is £26,000 – £27,600per year
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm
Applicant MUST have previous experience of working at a Counsellor or Addiction Therapist level.
