Position for someone with experience of leading audits within a food manufacturing plant to join an expanding FMCG company that will offer a stable career with future progression.

On offer is the chance for someone with a background knowledge of BRC and HACCP regulations to work within a forward thinking confectionary manufacturer that can offer full training and development.

This large profitable business with over 50 years of history that has global operations is looking for someone to join a team of 150 employees. This specialist confectionary company run 24/7 and are looking for a mechanical engineer to join a days’ based position.

You will provide strong support to the technical department who will train you to work with the BRC audits, applying the HACCP legislation within food guidelines. You will be tasked to solve problems from the supplier down to upholding the health and safety standards are kept to a high standard.

*Technical Coordinator
*Conducting internal audits

*Verify compliance with customers and legal standards
*Creating reviews and maintaining technical documentations
