£48,000 per annum

Based at the Stoke-on-Trent site of a leading manufacturer supplying the automotive industry, this role would suit a multi skilled engineer, ideally with electrical bias and experience in a manufacturing or distribution organisation.

Duties will include:

• Preventative and reactive maintenance covering equipment including conveyors, presses and extruders

• Contribute to business improvement initiatives

• Use of CMMS

Immediate interviews are available, applicants should have:

• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience (ideally 60/40 electrical / mechanical)

• Previous experience in a manufacturing organisation or distribution centre

• Completed a recognised apprenticeship with BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline

• Working knowledge of PLCs

• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic control systems

• Problem solving and fault finding skills, the ability to work alone and react quickly

Working 8 hour shifts, mornings, afternoons and nights over 7 days (4 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off).
