My client is an established National Contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to join their Regional Office in the North East.

The company operates in sectors including New Build Social Housing, Community Regeneration and Extra Care with projects with values ranging up to £18 million

Reporting to the Commercial Manager the Senior Estimator will be given the opportunity to work with autonomy and influence the direction of the Estimating Team going forwards.

Any applicant must be able to demonstrate a stable career history working as an Estimator for a Main Contractor including and a track record of:

Estimating on Multiple Contracts
Preparing Cost Estimates and Preliminaries
Preparing Bill of Quantities
Risk Management throughout the Tender Period
Use of Conquest Estimating Software (Preferred)
