I am looking to recruit Support Workers who have experience working in supported living or with learning disabilities or autism based in York.

We are looking for passion, energy, activity focused Support Workers who enjoy promoting independence and opportunity. The Support Worker post will involve working mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts

On offer as a Support Worker, you will receive the following benefits

  • Salary: of £26,000per year for weekday shifts
  • Weekend and Bank Holiday Salary: £26,000
  • Full time 35 hours
  • 4 week rota

To be considered for this role, you must have the following

  • Flexibility to be able to work a rota covering every day of the week, mornings, evenings and weekends (part time is not available)
  • Experience supporting adults in supported living or with Autism or learning disabilities
  • Energy and motivation to complete activities with the residents (sports, arts&crafts, drama and music)
  • Positive personality who enjoys working with vulnerable adults
