Receptionists Required for the Local Area

Due to a high volume of Temporary bookings, Faith Recruitment urgently require experienced and available immediately Receptionists to work in the Weybridge and Woking area. Typical Responsibilities will include:

Covering Reception

Taking phone calls and redirecting enquiries Meeting and greeting visitors

Being the first point of contact for the company

Maintaining a tidy working environment

Ordering lunches Passing on messages in a timely manner Taking deliveries and post and distributing

Provide administrative support.

We are looking for candidates will the following skills: Excellent telephone manner Good use IT skills Good Communicational skill both written and spoken Excellent attention to detail Friendly ‘can do’ working approach.
