Area Manager Security Guarding Sector

We are now recruiting on behalf of our client for an Area Manager (Security Guarding Sector)

You will be working for one of the leading providers of Security Officers in the UK to luxury brands

They are seeking to add a smart, keen and driven individual to the existing Operations team.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Ensuring venues are fully manned
• Visiting and auditing your stores and staff on a weekly and monthly basis
• Meeting and liaising with Store and Boutique Managers
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and implemented correctly in line with company and industry standards
• Completing Customer Satisfaction surveys with clients and attending monthly meetings
• Recruitment of security officers for your assigned contracts
• Liaising with the Control Room manager to ensure all client and guard requests are met
• Implementing procedures and requests from the Operations Director and Operations Manager

YOU SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Be able to adapt to suit many needs from the client and staff

Experience is absolutely essential, previous management experience is required with a proven track record. You must also hold a valid SIA License.
