Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 per year

.NET Developer, C#.NET Software Engineer (Senior) to work in an Agile development team working on.NET based solutions for this Top Azure partner in central London. 

Opportunity: They want someone looking to move into a Senior Software Engineer position and take on more responsibility.

Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 plus benefits including pension, 25 days holidays, share options, socials, quarterly appraisals and personal development planning.

Team: It is a supportive and enjoyable working environment with a casual dress code when they do pop in the office. They love their technology and like people to pick up new skills. You will be working on solutions for worldwide organisations.

Location: WFH most of the time – they go into the office for Scrum ceremonies and Team get togethers so have to be able to get to central London.

The Tech: It’s an Agile Scrum TDD team working on a variety of development tasks utilising C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Web API and JavaScript frameworks including React. All server-side aspects of solutions are cloud first approach leveraging platform as a service API’s in Azure. 

Key skills required:

  • Strong background in designing Microsoft.NET based solutions – Entity Framework, ASP.NET web apps and API’s, building integrations with other systems via RESTful API web services
  • Experience of Microsoft Azure PaaS technologies ideal e.g. Azure App Service, Service Bus, Queues, Blob Storage, AWS also considered
  • Good understanding and experience of modern cloud architecture patterns
  • Distributed version control – Git
  • T-SQL query and SQL database skills
  • Visual Studio power user
  • Any Golang or ReactJS skills or interest would be a bonus
  • Ability to challenge technical decisions based on experience and ensure business priorities/requirements are fully considered
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
