Day Support Workers & Night Support Worker – Young People Services
Ealing, West London
£23,019.36
Our client is currently recruiting for their services based in Ealing.
Service 1: 8 bed unit that compromises of 2 X 2-bedroom shared flats and 1 x 4 bedroom shared maisonette.
This service supports young people with low to medium support needs and are on their way to be independent and ready for move on.
Service 2: is a 6 bed unit, compromising of 3 X 2 shared bedroom flats, this is a high needs service, which mainly provides 10-hour support packages.
Service 3: is a 6-bed unit, compromising of 2 X 2 shared bedroom flats and 2 bedsits.
The service is a high needs service, which mainly provides 10-hour support packages.
Many of our young people have complex needs which can include having trust issues, mental health, drug and alcohol or specific vulnerabilities.
Some of our young people just need to gain a greater skill set in independent living
We aim that all of our young people are encouraged and supported to be in education or employment.
Hours of work: –
It is a 24/7 service.
The service is run by a rota of
8-4 early shift
2-10 Late shift
9.30 – 8.30 Waking Night Shift

Our Support Workers enable young people with their specific and particular needs to manage their tenancies and meet their support needs, goals and aspirations
Our night support workers, work a waking night shift, they support our young people as required and keep our service safe.
