Call Quality Analyst

My client based on the outskirts of Blackburn is looking to recruit a Call Quality Analyst due to expansion. The client is looking for a dedicated long term career focused candidate looking for a local position.

The role involves but not limited to:

* Attention to detail

* Audit cases

* Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues

* Provide feedback and coaching

* Assist in improving the training of new starters to in still compliance

* Objectively look at outcomes and challenge decisions

* Other ad-hoc admin tasks

* Understand any apply all company policies and procedures to ensure service standards are met in accordance with SLA and FSA requirements

In return my client is offering:

Hours of Work Monday – Friday 9 – 5

£16,000 – £17,500
