PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER

Our client is a world-leading producer of Brand Protection, Anti-counterfeit, and Authentication technologies. These solutions typically involve combined physical and digital products and are sold to leading global brand-owners.

We are looking for a Head of Project Delivery. This person is responsible for the successful on-going fulfilment of a multi-year, multi-product contract with their largest customer (a global electronics giant).

Role Summary:

* Senior leader responsible for strategy and execution of the daily and ongoing delivery of the account, bringing Customer-focused perspectives to operational excellence, transition of products and services into value chain realisation.

* Primary central contact and escalation point for the Customer

* Maintain relationships and land Customer requirements among Sales, Product Management, Operations and the Customer, ensuring full understanding of the product and service expectations and that they meet contractual levels.

* Manage a team of direct reports and stakeholder resources to facilitate the delivery of the Account within the contractual terms of all books of business.

* Assist with the negotiation of new products and services ensuring correct transition across the product lifecycle from sales support and development through to full deployment and ongoing operational excellence.

* Manage all existing contracts and pricing, via the Commercial and Legal teams.

Experience:

* Keen customer-centric acumen and ability to manage customer expectations

* Experience in authentication brand products and services, is a significant plus

* Broad understanding of hi-tech manufacturing and/or specialist print organisations and how to succeed with a matrix structure of teams

* Deep and practical understanding of hi-tech manufacturing processes involved in delivering a product or service

* Strong organizational skills and underlying competency to manage projects

* Ability to remain objective, to distinguish facts from perceptions, and to qualify and quantify issues for appropriate actions

* Strong people skills

* Good persuasion and implementing skills.

* Strong, clear communication skills both verbal and written to engage customers, stake holders and teams within the process and across the business
